I'm surprised and delighted at your enthusiasm about Sushi. I'm working at sushi restaurant in Tokyo as a sushi chef trainee and hope to serve our cuisines to foreign people as much as possible. I've lived in France for a year then I found there were lots of Japanese restaurants there, however, I never felt like eating there.
