I’m fanatical about sushi. If you are reading this, perhaps you are too. Or just curious. This blog is intended to foist upon the world my insights into sushi, Japanese cuisine, and all things remotely related. From an early background in the food service industry I have learned a lot about people and food, and only wish to share my perspective on the unique dining experience that is sushi.

Hello. I’m surprised and delighted at your enthusiasm about Sushi. I’m working at sushi restaurant in Tokyo as a sushi chef trainee and hope to serve our cuisines to foreign people as much as possible. I’ve lived in France for a year then I found there were lots of Japanese restaurants there, however, I never felt like eating there. I hope to study more about real sushi and introduce it to the world in near future. Thank you.
