		<description>Hi,

I've only brought sushi to eat at home (from a supermarket, and from a sushi restaurant), for now, and I was wondering how you should eat wasabi. At home, I take one chopstick, and use it to take a bit of wasabi, and put it on top of the nigiri, after having dipped, half the fish part of the nigiri, a bit, in soy sauce... is this how it should be done, or is there any other way? I also heard about mixing wasabi with soy sauce, but someone commented, in another article from this blog, that it shouldn't be done... (not that I would be tempted to do it anyway, as I like the taste I get from doing it the way I'm doing it).

Also, with the sushi I ordered from the sushi restaurant, the ginger pieces were quite large, and there was only like four of them... with the sushi from the supermarket, they were smaller and easier to eat... how are they generally sized? if they are large, should I still eat them in one go, or try to cut them with the chopstick... or with my teeth and put the rest back...?

Thanks in advance ^_^</description>
