		<description>I agree with both of you. I only eat the 'fast' stuff in places I trust, and without naming names, there are definitely places where I wouldn't touch the pre-made sushi. Let your eyes be your guide and you will probably be fine is how I see it. I've certainly seen some pretty nasty stuff, though. I think you're probably right, Warren, good turnover is key and it's usually obvious what's going on if the fish looks crusty around the edges. 
I'm just glad that there *are* places I can just grab a roll and go.

		<description>I get scared to see mediocre kind of sushi I see in some American stores. I saw sushi at seven eleven... I totally kept away from it. Not only it doesn't look good, but it looked like it was there forever.

		<description>I dont live in a town where I can get sushi, so when I travel i succumb to the sushi at the "To-go" places in major airports.  I am not the sushi Connoisseur that you are but it tastes fresh to me and im acting on the belief that the high traffic means high turnover and fresher fish.
